Holiday Inn Express and Suites Chicago West Oak Park by IHG

Nice Lounge area to relax

Plain, clean room. Very good breakfast. Parking convenient. Staff very accommodating. ONLY downside were vagrants sitting in chairs on sidewalk outside of hotel. Made us uncomfortable coming and going. Already reported to desk who acknowledged there were other customers who had voiced similar concern.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and their kindness truly stood out during our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what made the biggest difference was how genuinely caring the team was. It’s rare to find customer service that feels so personal and sincere anymore. We are very thankful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location in the heart of quaint Oak Park. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really tasty for hotel style buffet. We would definitely stay again!
