We stayed a team of 28 cheerleaders. It was a large home with lots of common space for us to use. It was great to have a pool at the house and well as the club house to use. our only issue was the overall cleanliness of the home. VERY dusty, stains, french fries found under bed when we check in, couch is stained, dining chairs broken, pool loungers ripping. did not affect our stay, however a little yucky.

Exactly what was listed. We enjoyed everyone having their own room. Also, the communication was top notch.

Host was great to communicate with, and very helpful! The house was great, spacious, many rooms and bathrooms. Outdoor, screened patio and pool was excellent. Close to everything! I plan to come back.

The house had plenty of room however, the quality was sub-par. We were very dissappointed in the cleanliness. There was mold in the showers and in some closets. The chairs at the dinning room table had several burn marks on them as if the house had been smoked in. The carpet on the stairs and in the upstairs area was disgusting. There were signs to remove shoes before going upstairs but i would NEVER walk barefoot on that carpet. There were stains all over the couches. The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was broken. There were 2 refrigerators however, one smelled AWFUL almost like someone had left dead fish in there. We could not even stand to open the door and we could not use it because anything we put in there would absorb the odor. There were random items available in the kitchen but several that you think a home would have, they did not. There were not enough towels and the towels that were provided were so thin and poor quality. We stayed in a different house in this same neighborhood last year that had the exact same layout, rooms, bathrooms etc.. but chose this house this year because the pictures made it seem like the better option. It was not. The house last year was way better for cleanliness, quality and overall experience.
