Really great view. Close beach access. Bad smell in kitchen area.

Condo was very clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. One of the best stays I have had on Amelia Island.

Great condo with beautiful views from balcony and inside condo. We used the heated pool everyday and our kids loved it. Very easy walk to both pool and beach. Convenient as well if you want to eat or shop at the Omni resort area. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a peaceful, quiet vacation spot with an outstanding view! I would book this again.

There were a few discrepancies with the unit. Tub could not hold water. Inside door lock cover kept falling off. Master bedroom needs darkening shades. Master bedroom sliding glass door needs replacement. Handle also a little loose. Too man to turn down the linens remove the linings that we slept on and to turn in a pass that we did not have we would be charged 100 we didn't turn them in and we did not have a pool pass or a parking pass very confusing very frustrating and very pressured check outy check out instructions. We were asked
