My husband saved this home for over a year and we were able to book for the summer. There was plenty of space for family and friends to all sleep comfortably. And it was so nice to have our own pool for the week. If you have multiple cars, the driveway was accommodating as well! We were able to get to downtown Savannah in about 15 min or so, which was also nice. The bedrooms were all nicely furnished, but the mattresses were a bit soft for my liking. The coffee bar is a nice added touch as well. The house could use a bit of maintenance in my opinion. There’s an interesting mix of nice pieces with lower quality pieces. Stickers from furniture put together could be removed, broken handles on furniture just placed in the drawer. One Roku remote that we could find so we had to carry it from inside to outside each time. The bidet was a bit outdated and the shower has standing water that is a bit smelly. The guest shower and sink were both clogged and not draining properly. There were no basketballs with air available and the pickleball net is broken. The bowling lane is in shambles. For the price, I would like the quality to match up a bit more. Overall we enjoyed the space and Patrick was very communicative. I just feel like the pictures were a bit deceiving.

This house was perfect for our bachelorette group, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated and the hot tub was a plus for us since the weather wasn’t the greatest. The screened in area was also another great space to hang out in. You do need to make sure to follow the rules with quiet hours since it is a quiet neighborhood. The backyard has many activities/space. Would love to come again and utilize those. Great spot for larger group vacations and has so much to offer right at the house.

This house was amazing, we had no issues with anything, the backyard was perfect for relaxing, the only problem we had was constant cleaning of the putting greens from the trees in the neighbors yards which was no problem for us at all and not the property’s fault, but I had seen others comment on having to clean up the yard, so I wanted to mention it is from the neighbors trees not the houses issues

Interior was really nice
