HOUSE RULES:
- A supplement of 30€ will be required if you leave the apartment after the authorized time.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or leave cigarette butts inside. In case of non-compliance, an additional cleaning fee will be required.
- An additional key is available for an additional fee of €10.A deposit will be required for this key.
- In case of loss of key, a replacement fee can range from €40 to €80 depending on the type of key lost.
- Doors and windows must be locked before your departure, and the key must be returned to the key box.
- Pets are not allowed, unless previously agreed.
- We ask that you respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the deposit may be charged.
- Parties and events are strictly forbidden in order to guarantee peace and respect for the neighborhood.
