a couple of small issues upon arrival, host was quit to respond to all my request. She allows me access to part of the house that wasn't in the contract, planning to rent the same unit on my return trip to the area!!

Very clean, spacious house, great south Austin location, quiet neighborhood (great for dog walking), with ample spots for remote work. Super responsive host! Loved our stay while our home was having work done.

Lovely updated and light-filled home with a well-appointed kitchen, great location, and very responsive host! Quiet street in a quiet pocket neighborhood, perfect for periodic dog walks. Has desks in every BR, but the kitchen table is a perfect place to work. Perfect south Austin rental for when family comes to visit from out of town and you need extra space nearby.
