Love Colony Reef, so family friendly

We stayed w two families 7 total. This was a fantastic place to stay. The condo was well equipped w a lot of extras. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves practically. Staff was friendly. We used the ping pong table and pickleball courts. Great pool area very clean. Highly recommended if your looking for a quieter resort but still really close to activities.

Lots of fun for the family. Great beach location. Staff not responsive.

We loved the location and all the activities available on the island and in St Augustine, however, the photos of the property must be very old. There is a giant mirror in the shower in the master bath with a huge crack in it, the sliding doors were broken, the bathroom tubs are rusted and looked dirty, the beach chairs are totally rusted over as well, the outdoor furniture is due for a refresh as well but the actual complex grounds were beautiful. We’d definitely Go back to this area, but not rent this place again. We’ve rented through Vacasa before ands had gear experiences, however, this unit doesn’t seem to meet typical standards that I expect from a Vacasa property.
