The beach and the sea are 2 steps away, at the end of the street: Porteau beach (supervised in summer), or coastal path by which you can access small unfrequented coves and the Sablons beach by going towards the village of Ste Marie
With its 5 bedrooms, its large games room / TV room upstairs (also accessible from the garden by an external staircase) that can also be used as a closed bedroom with 2 beds, and its spacious mezzanine for reading or playing, everyone will find their own little corner to isolate themselves if necessary.
The kitchen is very spacious (20m2) and equipped to prepare large tables.

The Pornic Nautical Club is on the coast, between Ste Marie and Pornic.
The Val St Martin park allows you to go horseback riding, and also offers a swimming pool and a tree climbing course.
