This newly completely renovated single-story 1950s bungalow in Davis Shores is perfect for weekend getaways, family vacations, or extended stays! Completely updated with new appliances and flooring, this bright island home is a wonderful venue to relax and experience the beauty and history of St. Augustine. The peaceful neighborhood is perfectly located between the lively historic district and the gorgeous beaches of Anastasia State Park.

The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and confortable and the kitchen well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The only thing is that for the seniors in our group a house with different levels was a little risky; maybe you should mention this detail when describing the house.

Overall great stay, very clean, very spacious. Had tv trouble but got immediate response.

We enjoyed this home, it was spacious and nicely decorated. There were some setbacks that will keep us from returning. There was no flexibility on early check in. Zero exceptions (it was pouring rain and thunder storming so we sat out side the home and waited until four). Two of the tvs/remotes didn’t work. I was so excited there was a Nespresso machine… but no pods and nowhere near by that sells them. For the price of the home, my family was underwhelmed.
