The condo was in a great location and was very clean and spacious for my family of four. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach everyday. We will definitely come back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo in St. Augustine. The condo and property were very clean, with a nice pool, and easy access to the beach and ocean. The staff onsite are very friendly and make the check-in and check-out process very easy.
We loved the condo and St. Augustine and can't wait for our next visit.

The property itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. However, the management company was horrible!
1)The code to the entrance gate that was provided to us was not correct.
2)The code to gate to access the beach was not correct.
3) There is a wall fountain inside the condo that was running with no water in it.
We texted and called our property caretaker and we’re informed a manager would contact us. That never occurred.
Fortunately another guest provided us with their entry code and we used that that access the beach. We finally located a wall switch to turn off the wall fountain so that alleviated that issue.
Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again. However, very poor customer service by the folks managing that property.

I caution you to look very closely to the photographs. I was expecting to have a Balcony to sit on and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean, however it has been enclosed so I did not have that. Upon closer inspection of the photos, I could see that there was no balcony! I guess that bad was on me.As I looked high and low, I could not find one (1) single USB charging port in the entire unit. One would think that in this day and age of High Tech, when you re-model, you would have some USB Ports installedIn the bathrooms I would install at least one (1) safety rail in each shower and tub for the exact reason it sounds for (SAFETY).
