We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in Tacoma! The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful area, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. My family and I appreciated the easy walk to a nearby playground and library along a beautiful wooded trail, which made the neighborhood feel especially charming and family-friendly.The house was also just a short drive to downtown Tacoma, the Ruston waterfront area, and several beautiful state parks, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while still coming back to a quiet, comfortable place to relax. We especially enjoyed spending the evenings hanging out and playing in the backyard whenever the rain held off—it was such a relaxing and enjoyable space for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay in the house and absolutely loved our trip to Tacoma. It was the perfect home base for our visit, and we would happily stay here again!

Beautiful home, we loved the coffee nook and living room area. Great location as well. Beds were comfortable. Most of the amenities were available however, there were no dishwasher pods and the outside trash was completely full when we went to dispose of our trash. There also wasn’t enough paper towels to last the entire week so we had to purchase them as well as the dishwasher pods.

We stayed here for several days with our 2 dogs before we flew them out of SeaTac. The house worked out great for us. There was a fenced backyard that made dealing with the dogs easy. The house was clean and well stocked. It even included a supply of dog waste bags to make cleaning up after the dogs easy. The owners did a great job communicating when questions came up. If we are traveling through the area, we’d stay here again.

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage over Thanksgiving. Lauren allowed us to check in early which we appreciated since we had to prep items for dinner the next day. The home has a very nice open floor plan as well as a fully fenced backyard which allowed our 2 Labradors to play without worry of getting out. Home is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, good location, and has an updated feel to it. Lauren responded quickly to all communication. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again.
