Wonderful property in a great location. Enough space for everyone during our family get together.

Property was very nice ,View of ocean beautiful! Ideally located to the beach. A 15 minute ride to St. Augustine tourist area .Rooms were clean, one bed could use a new mattress. The rest were fine. two rooms had no closet . Kitchen cookware needed update. Tough to thoroughly clean because they were so old. Bring Brillo. Host was great with communicating. Air conditioning worked perfect. Hot tub was fine as well as pool. Stayed with 12 of us there which was comfortable and lots of fun. We rented beach chairs locally that were delivered right to the house. Overall a positive experience

Great stay for our 9 person family. Only downside the spa wasn’t working but we did spend a lot of time outside by the pool. The house is great. I’m picky about having a bathroom for each guest. It was very clean and the location was amazing!

The cleanliness of the indoors was great with the exception of a couple of beds having old or unclean sheets. Luckily, everyone in our party couldn’t be there so we had extra beds to choose from. However, the outside area left a LOT to be desired! The pool was dirty and had not been maintenanced or maintained in quite a while. The hot tub was also dirty with murky water that never got hot. The grill was dirty and moldy. The grounds needed care. We choose a house each year very carefully to include these amenities, so the fact that they were disappointedly maintained ruined our trip.
