Perfect weekend beach getaway located within deiving distance to St Augustine and Daytona private beach access just steps from back door.

Beautiful location and nice sized house for our two families, total of nine people. Place to spread out, but also easy for meal and movie time. GREAT access and views of the beach, and house is overall in pretty good shape. Downstairs perfect for kids to have a place to hang and give parents peace. I just can’t rate the place perfectly because we had no dishwasher or one sink for the duration. After endless attempts to contact the local realtors, nothing…no texts, no calls, no drop bys. No effort whatsoever to fix something so important to a good vacation. Couple this indifference with the fact that a repairman was in the house for 5h upon our arrival, supposedly to fix the very thing that was a problem, this unprofessional negligence compromised what would’ve otherwise been a perfect stay

This place was great the view was amazing the beach Nice calm and peaceful. The house was bigs more than enough for our family of 11 everyone had a room to sleep kids had space to play even our dog felt at home . The beach access was perfect too kids could play in the sand while we sat on the porch or lawn. Definitely will rent again .

The property was very similar to the listing except you can’t use the fireplace, there wasn’t a grill and it DOES have direct beach access from the home. The home was clean and the sheets smelled great. If I had be picky I would recommend the property managers fixing the fruit fly problem and hiring someone to dust and deep clean the cob webs and spiders in the ceiling corners. Other than that it was clean And we enjoyed our stay!
