Especially for the price, this was a great place to stay. It is easy to check in and get settled, and the manager on site in the morning was really friendly and helpful. It is nice to have your own room and the shared bathroom was in great condition, so it seems like it was cleaned quite often. I would definitely consider staying here again, it's worth it for the views alone!

Comfortable stay, large house, multiple rooms, shower and separate toilet for one or two single rooms, staff were excellent and communicated well. Amazing views of Dunedin.

I had a wonderful stay here and would happily come back. The building has a lot of character and charm, which made the experience even more special. My room was clean, comfortable, cosy, and very well equipped. The view was also lovely and a real bonus.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the street leading to the property is very steep.
Thank you for a great stay! I highly recommend this place.
