This historic farmhome was built in 1910 & is on 2.6 acres of clear land, surrounded by rolling hills of agriculture. Formerly a blueberry farm & winery, it is located in the quiet countryside. It’s not uncommon to hear a rooster crow or a cow mooing. You may observe active farming in the adjacent fields, tractors plowing, & harvesting of crops during certain seasons.
The evening sunset viewed from the posterior of the property is breathtaking, falling behind the silo & nearby barn. The night sky is filled with bright stars that are purely visible. The front porch swings are perfect for peaceful indulgence of coffee or a great book. The back screened-in porch can be utilized for socializing over a meal or cocktail, or playing a board game. Truly one of the neatest places I’ve ever had stayed at. Great old house with little modern touches. Master bath is beautiful and the dual staircase is really neat. Take advantage of the 10 seat dining table to have a meal at. Only suggestion would to be add a couple more exterior lights to have when grilling at night. Just a really cool house.
