Small but well equipped apartment. Everything was clean. Check-in (and check-out in the early morning) via the reception/front desk was very convenient. The beach and beach promenade are only a few minutes walk away. The included parking is good (access via license plate recognition, so you need to text the license plate to the host when you pick up a rental car). Regarding the noise level: This is Las Américas, so a pure tourist place and not a quiet neighborhood (live music in the nearby bars until 23:00 or so and people on the street all night), but the balcony is pointing towards the courtyard/beach side, so the noise level in the apartment was perfectly fine (close the kitchen window, though!). I stayed only two nights before catching an early morning ferry to La Palma, and it was perfect for that (the harbor is like 5min by car).

Lorenzo was a great host, the apartment was spotless. There was everything you could need, its the little things you appreciate, there were things supplied by Lorenzo that i have never had supplied before.I have been to many apartments in this complex, and none have been was nice and as comfortable as this one, the view from the balcony was lovely, what a sunset. I would have no hesitation in booking it again. Thank you Lorenzo.

In the apartment, everything we needed was provided: towels, cutlery, a washing machine, private parking spaces and more. You can watch sunset from your balcony. Perfect location
