The Bryza Apartments at 11 Roosevelta Street in Świnoujście are a modern and comfortable vacation home. The location is very convenient—just 900 m from the beach in Świnoujście and 1.6 km from Ahlbeck Beach. An ideal spot for couples or solo travelers who value comfort and tranquility. It’s also perfect for lovers of active recreation.
Nearby is the popular EuroVelo 10 bike route, also known as Velo Baltica, which runs along the Baltic Sea coast. The route offers picturesque views and is suitable for both experienced cyclists and families with children. In addition, there are graduation towers (salt works) in the area, which are an excellent place for relaxation and health promotion. Inhalations at the graduation towers support the treatment of respiratory diseases, strengthen the immune system, and improve overall well-being.
For our youngest guests, there is a playground on the premises. The apartments are equipped with clean bed linens and towels. Pets are not allowed. Each apartment has a designated parking space available for a fee.

The property is located near the beach and the EuroVelo 10 bike path—ideal for active recreation and walks. The surrounding area features salt graduation towers and green spaces that are perfect for relaxation. Świnoujście is a coastal city with numerous attractions, such as museums, parks, walking trails, and bike paths, which can be explored in both summer and winter.


The selected apartment uses the Click&Stay service. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to the Click&Stay stay manager. You’ll need to use this to complete the necessary formalities before your arrival, such as: tourist tax, security deposit, signing the rental agreement, and any fees for parking or bringing a pet.

In select properties, access to the apartment is either via a code or by retrieving the keys from a key box. The code will be available in Click&Stay on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed.

If any issues arise, you can also complete all formalities at the local office. The local office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

• The damage deposit is 300 PLN. It consists of a pre-authorization (hold) on the guest’s card. The funds on the card will be released within 5 days after check-out.

• The release of the deposit funds held on the card depends on the bank where the customer holds their payment card and may take between 7 and 14 days.

• Tourist tax (currently 6.38 PLN per night per person).

• The apartment has an underground parking garage, which is subject to an additional fee.

• Pets are not allowed in the selected apartment.

• The apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.

Cancellation policy:
The following fees apply in the event of a cancellation:
Up to 14 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount
Otherwise, 90% of the total booking amount.
