Great over all experience, I appreciated the extra touch of having body boards to be able to use in the water.

GREAT LOCATION! Next to the beach and close to some of the best seafood restaurants! We were able to see the July 4th fireworks right from the balcony!

If you are planning a trip to DAB this is the place! As soon as you open the door you are hit with a fresh smell. Something you don't always get. Everything was great with the condo. You are on the 2nd floor and it's an easy ride up or take the stairs right across the hall. If you have kids Sun Splash park is next door. Park at the condo and walk with no parking fees. In fact it's less than a mile form the boardwalk. Really a nice nightly walk. The pool is large and clean. Another thing is the owner will reply to your questions quick. It's very important if you wind up with any questions during your stay. All in all I would recommend this one. Took my 2 Grandsons and Daughter in law.

Our stay was very nice. We had an ocean view from the side balcony . The location was prefect and the pool was clean and warm.
