You’ll feel the fresh atmosphere the moment you walk in: The hallway has been redesigned, and all rooms feature high-quality, new doors in elegant white, which give the apartment a particularly sophisticated and bright feel. So that you can relax undisturbed at any time, all windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds—for perfect privacy and a restful sleep at any time of day.

Spanning just under 40 m², a bright living space awaits you, furnished with great attention to detail. Whether you’re curling up on the new leather sleeper sofa or sinking into the comfortable recliner—relaxation comes first here.

Small but charming is the French balcony: It’s the perfect spot to admire the enchanting sunset while enjoying a “sundowner.” The built-in, practical kitchenette offers everything you need for a cozy breakfast or small culinary moments.

Sleeping Comfort & Well-Being

The separate bedroom ensures restful nights. The double bed (1.60 m wide), finished in elegant white, is equipped with new slatted frames and high-quality mattresses—ideal for drifting off into a deep sleep after a long day enjoying the sea air. The leather sleeper sofa in the living room unfolds to provide an additional sleeping area (1.40 m wide). A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out your comfort package.

The cancellation policy for this accommodation differs from our Terms and Conditions:

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
