Since 2011, we—Uschi, Florian, and Werner Jannek—have passionately and carefully renovated historic buildings, transforming them into a complex that bridges the past and the present. Located between Hofgasse and Wagnergasse, our exclusive studios, apartments, and suites stand out for their unique atmosphere: historic, protected facades, cobblestone paths in the inner courtyard, original artwork on the walls, and state-of-the-art amenities.
