The front desk lady was really helpful and welcoming. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Centrally located, very close to Trevi Fountains and all the eateries and cafes, yet the room was very quiet for peaceful sleep. Appreciated the elevator too. :)
I suggest researching before booking room for any large events that might close major roads going in and out of central Rome. If your arrival or departure day lands on the day of said event, just be prepared that you can't take a taxi to/from the property/airport. For me, my departure day was on the same day as the Rome Marathon. I had to push 2 large suitcases uphill on cobblestoned streets to get to a metro station, which was very stressful.

Very good location with a short walk to the Trevi fountain and many other popular spots. Very clean and a great staff.

Staff was super nice. We arrived late and thankful we could still check in. The room we stayed in was huge- nice change from smaller hotels. Location was great- right next to Trevi!
The AC!! We woke up in the middle of the night feeling like we were in a hot sauna! There isn't a way to get in touch with someone so we couldn't go back to sleep. It was too miserable and uncomfortable that we had to wake up and leave at 5am. We asked the hotel if they could do anything for us and they said no. Hotel is expensive and we don't feel we got what was advertised- AC.
