La ubicación excelente si quieres estar cerca del tren y de metro o bus. Es un departamento renovado y muy bonito. Los comentarios de otros pasajeros fueron muy acertados. El encargado es una persona muy afable

La taza del WC estaba sin limpieza y estaba un asco. Reclamamos y la limpiaron; sin embargo, es un hecho que tira al suelo todo lo bueno que tiene el departamento. Habían tasas pero no vasos. Nunca encontré el WIFI y mis alegatos estvieron centradas en la limpieza del baño que afectó nuestro primer día

Great location to Termini, very clean!!

I liked everything I would say perhaps the noise to the outside (a quite transited street) can be annoying but cannot do of for that.

Beautifully renovated rooms in an excellent location.

The lack of available staff on site, particularly at check in was really disappointing and unprofessional. We had made contact with the property to prearrange our arrival time and requested luggage storage which was approved. On arrival, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone about accessing the property. When we finally reached someone, he was extremely rude and dismissive- refusing to meet us for another hour and a half. When we checked in, he tried to make us pay for the city tax in cash, demanding more than what was quoted in our Booking.com booking. We didn’t see another staff member for the remainder of our stay, including at checkout.
