LiJiang Azure Horizon Hotel-The Big Water Wheel Branch

I can’t put in words the level of hospitality that has been given to me during my stay… Xuanxuan was a gem of a person and she attended to all my needs almost immediately.. the hotel was so centrally located in the Lijiang Ancient Town….. keep up the good work.

Nothing I can point to

Everything was perfect! The room was super comfortable and felt homey. They were generous on the freebies - water bottles, eye masks, slippers, tissues, wipes. The toilet is high tech like a Japanese toilet. The hotel decor is beautiful. As part of the stay, afternoon tea was included, as well as tea sessions. The staff was so friendly, especially the guy from Tibet who walked with us to our Didi after we checked out (sorry I forgot his name! Big shoutout to him). And the location was excellent, it was near the main road outside the old ancient town which means you don’t need to drag your suitcase on cobble stones too far, and it’s very close to the big water wheel (the main entrance into the old ancient town), like about 5 mins walk. They also offered free pickup and drop off from the airport. Overall me and my friends highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We understand now why it’s rated super highly.
