It’s not a private room. The staff provided me an ex-closet space with a window, but without a heater. It was veryyyy cold…It was impossible to sleep during the nights, even you used your wool socks and sweater under the blanket…
The staff tried to move out at midnight when I asked them
about a heater in the cold room…They sent me over 10 messages about verification of ID, but stopped when I asked them about the cold temperature inside the room and leaving my bag between 11 AM and 4 PM when I changed the house.
