Step outside and relax under the pergola, where comfortable seating invites you to enjoy the fresh air and quiet surroundings. Just a two-minute walk away, you’ll find our shared dock with direct access to a canal that’s perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking or boating.

Stayed at this cute home while scalloping. Great location with boat launches nearby and close to Kings Bay where we enjoyed 4th of July celebrations. Definitely recommended and will plan to stay here again!

This property was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. You literally could eat off the floor. Very very well maintained. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Will definitely be staying there ahain.

It was the perfect house for our three-person girls' trip! We had a blast! It was very clean and everything worked well. Neighborhood was very quiet. Beds were comfy! We loved having the kayaks available and a relatively close place to put them in the water. The area was fun, and it was great to be so close to the Three Sisters Springs and fairly close to Homosassa Springs!

Exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Quaint, relaxing, quiet and close to the water. Host was wonderful!
