Outstanding complex, and the unit was beautiful, pristine and wonderfully equipped. We had a minor problem with the dryer, and the property management response could not have been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the very start was a wonderful experience. The communication is top notch. The condo was extremely clean and great location. All of the bedrooms are large sized with each bedroom having their own bathroom. The condo is updated and had great views overlooking the beach. The property was perfect for a family vacation.

Fantastic!!! Our party of 7 plus a baby thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was perfect!!If I had to make one suggestion, I would recommend having garbage bags, hand soap, laundry soap and dishwasher pods available. It’s not easy having to buy those items and using them up before the end of your trip. Everything else was incredible and definitely 5 stars in my book!

This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a little spring break getaway. The location on the 4th floor was perfect! The balcony overlooked the wave pool and slide (which my grandson loved!), and the view of the beach was incredible. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom having its own bath was definitely a plus. Also, being able to park on the same floor was so convenient. We are already making plans to come again and will definitely rebook this same room! Well done Room 401!
