The pool was not open and we were not told until we arrived. We paid extra to stay here for the pool. This was disappointing. We were given a solution of a pool uptown but had to pay to park. The dryer did not work. Had to restart multiple times to get clothes dry. Struggle to get it looked at. When it was looked at they “fixed” it but it still didn’t work. A member of our party had to wait for handy man and was given no estimated time. Spent time on our trip dealing with this. House was nice and clean. There were just some issues we had.
