First of all, it was a beautiful home and incredible view. Amazing infinity pool. However, there were a number of issues that should not exist with such an expensive rental. It was frustrating to have to wait repeatedly for a response from the property manager. We never had water that was hot enough to shower or wash dishes. It never got above lukewarm. The property manager sent someone out, but it didn't get better. Three of the four ceiling fans didn't work. Kind of an annoyance in 95 heat. Wifi was limited to the main living area only. There was no net for the pool. We were there for 12 days and it got dirty. The washing machine was badly out of balance and could only do a minimal load. No cleaning products supplied for cleaning floors or counters. No bedside tables in most bedrooms.
