The caretakers are fantastic and are very quick to respond to any issues - even when you arrive late! The suite was fastidiously clean and new, it was easy to arrive and they have very clear instructions. I liked the temperature and the amenities. It is also a very economical price. Things I would change: the bed. I ended up sleeping on the couch, as the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. While the sheets and duvet were soft and comfortable, the pillow were so overstuffed and large, I could not use them. Table: cheap and wiggly - could not work on it. Bathroom: the body wash was too thick and could not come out of the wallmounted dispenser, the bathroom tap is tricky and can come off if you don't have the right pressure. But those are small easy things to fix! For me, the most important part is the bed, I would suggest the owner/caretaker try a night on the bed and see how uncomfortable it is.
