The place was pretty clean. The only thing I would say as a negative is that the televisions were not able to be utilized because the cables were not hooked up.

We loved the location for our girls trip. The condo was spacious and clean. Easy check in and check out, especially since our flight arrived very late at night. Our contact was very responsive to any needs we had during the trip. The furnishings and linens are very worn and outdated, feeling like everything came from a thrift store. Additionally, there is a stain on the couch. A refresh and some basic amenities like starter coffee would make it a 5 star stay.

We had a good family vacation at this house in Bradenton. Location is nice and stores and restaurants are close by. The beach is about a 15 minute drive. When we arrived, we noticed that the AC wasn't working. Owner had repair company come out right away and within several days they replaced the whole heating/cooling system.Home is dated and older but overall nice. There were limited wash clothes so we purchased more to use during our stay. Also, no broom and dustpan was there so we purchased one. Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook our own food. We enjoyed the heated pool down the street. Overall it was a decent place for our family to stay for a week.

Our host was very helpful in every aspect.
