THE PROPERTY
The house has a separate entrance and is spread over three floors: the ground floor features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and storage/laundry area.
The first floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower.
The attic features a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and bathtub.
Two of the bedrooms have fantastic views of the Douro River.
The street is very quiet, as there's no car access.

An easy walk to the riverbank at Ribeira and the Port wine cellars across the river. All within a 10-15-minute radius.

The area is very well served by a good public transportation network, offering many options at a reasonable price.
You can catch the traditional tram 200 meters from the house, as well as the 'Funicular dos Guindais', which goes down (and up) to the river.

We really enjoyed the apartment since it was in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see in Porto. It was easy to get to after taking the Metro to the Sao Bento Metro stop from the airport.The views were spectacular and communication with Maria made the check-in process go very smoothly. Our family was able to spread out and we would definitely stay at this apartment if we get to Porto again.
