We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we want you to enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

To help protect both you and the property, you can choose one of the following options:

Damage Waiver — Optional.

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.

Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Our goal is to make your stay as smooth and worry-free as possible while helping us keep the property in great condition for every guest.

Thank you for taking care of our home — we hope you have an amazing stay!

Security & Noise Monitoring

For the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors, this property is equipped with:

Exterior cameras at the front doorbell, driveway, and side of the house — for outdoor monitoring only. There are no cameras inside the property.

A noise monitoring sensor inside the property to ensure compliance with community quiet hours and local noise ordinances. This device monitors sound levels only — no audio is recorded.

House Rules:

Parking: Please park only in the driveway in front of the house. Do not park on the street under and sidewalk any circumstances — the HOA strictly enforces this rule, and vehicles will be towed without warning.

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $2500 fine will be imposed for violations, in addition to any costs associated with repairing damage caused by smoking (such as odor removal or cleaning).

Properly dispose of trash in the designated bins for recycling and general waste. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 to cover the extra time and effort needed for proper disposal.

No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings, or any unauthorized events are strictly prohibited on the property. A $150 fine will be imposed for violations, and guests may be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.

Getting Around

The following vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community: boats, campers, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles or equipment, and construction vehicles of any kind.
