We booked this Vrbo for a family ski weekend however struggled to make it to the house. The listing says AWD or 4 wheel drive vehicles. We had an all-wheel-drive vehicle that could not make it to the house due to the conditions of the road. We highly recommend four-wheel-drive only when there’s winter conditions. Luckily one person had a four-wheel-drive car that was able to carpool people to the house. Additionally, the house did not have a shovel. We called the property manager, and they said someone could bring it but at that point it was delayed. Highly recommend stocking a shovel at any mountain property. Once in the house, it was cozy, however it needs some updates. The shower in the master bedroom did not drain properly. The home would stay a good temperature on the first floor. The upstairs was extremely hot and the downstairs is very cold. Highly recommend using the fireplace in the downstairs. The stove did not cook evenly and had issues with the burners. The positive of the house was the proximity to Breckenridge Mountain for skiing, 15-20 minute drive. Overall, the space accommodated our family well and the couch in the living room was very comfortable.
