Overall our stay was nice, i love the old history of the house, and there was definitely plenty of room for everyone. Check in and check out process were easy and communication was great. We loved how close it was to downtown area, although we came to find out it was a 20min walk, not 10min as advertised. No biggie. We had deer visiting us in the backyard which was pretty cool! (Host please note it was the deer who ate the garden! Lol). I do need to add the property could be cleaned up/maintained better. The weeds were overgrown around the fire pit, the grill did not work, and the lights lining the driveway and walkway to the front door did not work, so it was hard to find your way in at night. The front porch/entryway wasnt swept, there was alot of webs, also, the ice machine was jammed with ice, and there were only 5 bath towels for a house that sleeps up to 10 people. Oh, also the window air unit in the downstairs master bedroom did not work. was not a huge issue because we had such beautiful weather! I am not trying to bash this property at all i just want the host to be aware of minor things that were just a slight inconvenience, but did not ruin anything about our stay. I would stay again!

Wonderful house to stay in very clean and welcoming

Clean rooms. Host communicated quickly and was very easy to work with. Fireplace was awesome to sit by and talk with family. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan, and gadget we needed foe the weekend.
