L'Echappée Manora is nestled at the top of Saint Alban Auriolles, between Ruoms and Labeaume in an exceptional enchanting natural setting.
The house is ideally located 5 minutes from amenities, at the confluence of the 3 rivers Ardèche, La Beaume and Chassezac to discover the wonders of the region. Close to the gorges of the Ardèche and the emblematic villages Labeaume, Ruoms, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Balazuc and Voguë. It is the ideal starting point for your sports and cultural activities.

OUTSIDE
You have a relaxation area designed for all holiday rhythms. Between the terrace with pergola, the synthetic lawn area, the pool terrace and the vast shaded area under the oak trees, each area has its own atmosphere. Swimming pool, petanque court, darts, pool house with covered lounge... whether you are a sunbathing team, reading in peace or shared moments, everyone will naturally find their place.

Only 5 minutes from the shops (mini-market, butcher, bakery, restaurants...), the villa is also close:

• Via Ardèche: If you like cycling, the Via Ardèche is a cycle path that crosses magnificent landscapes, linking several villages and rivers (accessible 3kms from the Gîtes).

We accept pets outside, on the partially covered terrace and in the garage. The large terrace is closed, the land is not enclosed.
