The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, ground-floor double, ground-floor twin with en-suite, and child's bunk bed. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden patio with furniture. Shared lawn with play area and picnic bench and designated parking place for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. As well as a selection of historic buildings around the town, it is also home to the youngest Grade I listed building, a large, glass-built commercial office building in the town centre. Ipswich was awarded the cleanest town award in 2007 and has a number of things to do, including a good selection of shops to browse and brilliant restaurants and bars, not to mention being home to Ipswich Town Football Club!
