On a beautiful estate with a view of the Lac de la Triouzoune (Lake Neuvic), we rent 'a little house'. Carried out winter 2023/2024 by our own hands and with a lot of effort and fun. Now it's up to you to enjoy it. Before it was a holiday camp of the Aroeven, you will enjoy a small house completely renovated from old sanitary building. Now luxurious with private sauna.

What can you expect:
– a nicely furnished living room and a small wood stove (wood included or you can pick it up yourself);
– comfortable kitchen with induction hob, fridge and microwave/grill coffee maker (dolce gusto), kettle, pots, plates, cutlery, cups, mugs, glasses and including kitchen linen;
– a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds 80cmx190cm (or together 160cmx190cm);
– a spacious bathroom with a beautiful shower (with hydromassage jet), sink, hairdryer, toilet and washer dryer;
– a smart TV with Orange TV (streaming from your own TV/movie subscription is possible);
– free Wi-Fi;
– a veranda and a private garden with green views;
– a private parking lot, just a few steps from the house;
– a private outdoor sauna.PGJyPg
