The residence is a few meters from the beach within walking distance, it is secure and very quiet.
The apartment is located on the second floor with a view of the bay of Fort-de-France. It is bright, well ventilated, with its kitchen in the veranda equipped with hob, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and all the necessary utensils.

You will appreciate the private parking space of the residence which is reserved for you with an access code. From your terrace or from the beach which is a few meters away, you can admire the magnificent sunsets. Although the Residence is very quiet, given that it is in a dead end, you are a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shops, the Creole village and the casino.
Anse Mitan also offers a multitude of activities for all tastes, Scuba diving, Towed buoy, Parasailing, Jet-skiing, Kayaking, Paddle, Golf, and more.
The Studio is an invitation to relax and escape. You can access Fort-de-France, Anse à l'âne and its beach by sea shuttle 200 meters from the residence.
Several tourist visits nearby: the slave savannah, the cane museum, the Pagerie, which is the family home of Empress Joséphine, the museum of the sea, Mongofil Martinique and the Golf course.
