This stunning contemporary style house is beautifully positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay and the Islands beyond. The villa is situated approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it’s water sports facilities.
The villa is designed to make the best use of the fabulous view, bringing the outside in and creating a light, airy and spacious open plan living area.
You enter the villa via a flight of steps down from the quiet road behind. On this entrance floor is a large open plan strikingly furnished living room and beautiful fully equipped contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar. Take a further flight of stairs to the top floor of the house where you will find a beautiful 6th bedroom suite and a spectacular roof terrace furnished with comfy sofas and a traditional Turkish seating platform area. Perfect for watching the sun sink over the mountains or for watching the crystal clear night sky. The is also a wc on this floor.
