We rent our family home, located just 100 meters from Kerbihan beach, in a quiet and privileged environment.

It is a house designed to be pleasant to live in all seasons, simple, comfortable and open to the outside.

The house is modern, healthy and very well insulated.
It is particularly bright, thanks to its glass roof and its large bay windows.
Very easy to use, the electric blinds and shutters make it easy to modulate the light and feel good at any time of the day.

Very well exposed East - South - West, the house naturally invites you to live indoors / outdoors.
The bay windows open entirely onto the terraces on one level and you can enjoy several spaces to meet, read, have lunch or simply rest.
The house also offers a sea view.

First floor:
• Large living room – dining room, open on one side to a large terrace and on the other to a tree-lined patio.
Dining room table with two extensions, which can accommodate up to 12 people.
• Shaded patio with awning, very nice to stay cool and quiet in summer.
• Fully equipped open kitchen, with dining/breakfast area (high table and stools).

20 € / double bed – 15 € / small bed, Towel kit: 8 €
• End-of-stay cleaning fee (to be discussed with the concierge service)

Additional costs:
- Mandatory cleaning fee on departure.
- Tourist tax: paid in full to the town hall of La Trinité is calculated according to the rate in force at the time of stay for non-furnished tourist accommodation classified and will be paid with the balance.

The Conciergerie des Menhirs welcomes you warmly and kindly.
For more comfort, it can also do and store your groceries before your arrival (after ordering from the nearest drive).

Payment conditions:
A rental contract will be given to future tenants at the time of booking. 30% deposit to be paid at the time of signing the contract, balance to be paid no later than 1 month before arrival.
