Everything was perfect!! The spot is so cute & stylish walking distance from rainy Street. I would book again & again!

Nice location. The dog park on the 10th floor is nice so you don’t have to go all the way to street when your pup has a late night potty break

We had a great stay at the Downtown Austin Condo 1BR Sleep Sofa Natiivo. The location is fantastic — close enough to walk to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. You’re less than a 20-minute walk to 6th Street and Congress, with tons of amazing restaurants and food options nearby. The parking team outside was outstanding, and the front desk staff and café team were all very friendly and helpful. For being in such a busy city, the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop — the relaxing pool was great, and at dusk you can watch the bats fly from the bridge/area, which was such a cool Austin experience. The condo itself was stocked with everything I needed to cook healthy meals, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent place to stay in downtown Austin, and I would definitely come back.

The property was very nice. It started off a little annoying because we showed up at 3:57 for our 4:00 check in and they made us wait in the lobby until exactly 4 to check in. They said, this host is very strict about check-in times”. The property was very clean and it was located in a great area. We walked everywhere but those walks we usually 5+ miles round trip.
