The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable! We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. I would suggest a railing or a grab bar for the 5 steps down into the house. That was very difficult for us and my 85 aged parents to navigate. Other than that we had a great time!

This is such a warm and welcoming place and we throughly enjoyed it. Kaylee was very helpful and prompt with our every question, the place was immaculate and I can’t wait to come back again!

Birch Landing is an awesome place to stay. We loved everything about it. Location, communication, easy to check in and check out. All the little things inside made it even better.

Be advised that there is a tenant upstairs. Not a private Vrbo as you would think from the listing. Was not shared until arrival day. One bathroom was an issue for family of four. Check instructions were day of arrival. Not three days prior per Vrbo. Overall adequate for our needs, priced right, good location.
