Our accommodations are located in a new building, built in 2025. The apartment is brand-new and has everything you need for a cozy, comfortable, and—above all—convenient stay.

The living-dining room features a sofa bed ideal for one person, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and split-system heating to maintain the perfect temperature, and opens onto a beautiful terrace with a view. Here you’ll find everything you need, so you don’t have to pack anything extra.

Located in a prime area, our apartment offers excellent access to various parts of Santiago via public transportation. It’s just an 8-minute walk from the Palacio de La Moneda and the metro station of the same name, 7 minutes from Almagro Park, and 10 minutes from the Centropuerto bus station, which provides official service to and from Arturo Merino Benítez Airport. It’s also just steps away from the historic district, making it ideal for exploring the city center’s main tourist attractions on foot.
