The apartment was roomy and very comfortable

The apartment was represented in the ad as a ground level floor but was in fact below ground, down a flight of stairs. We arrived after dark in the rain and could not find the apartment. The guard at the gate was no help at all, except to say there were 24 apartments in the building. We found the apartment when we walked up to the building and saw the stairs. I am 80 years old and it was difficult to carry our stuff down and up the stairs, in the dark. The porch light didn't work.
