Great communication! Location! Comfort!
Could have used a comfortable chair or two for sitting and reading in the evening.

Michael immediately got in contact with me and answered my questions. He was very helpful and replied really promptly. The cold carafe of water and apple juice in the fridge were really appreciated. The handy hint about how to create a cool breeze in the apartment was excellent and much needed during the summer. The apartment is in a beautiful area and easy to access public transport, supermarkets and restaurants.

Ruim appartement
