I would give this place more than five stars. The building and interior are beautiful, with a very modern and unique style. You can see the quality throughout.
The elderly gentleman who runs the hotel has a heart of gold. There was also a helpful young lady who spoke English during my visit.
Next time I’m in Elbasan, I’ll pop in for a drink, even if I’m not staying. I loved the place.
There was nothing that detracted from a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

J'ai aimé la localisation de l'hôtel, situé à 5 minutes à pied d'un carré historique d'Elbasan. Un lieu isolé du bruit, dans lequel je recommande d'aller pour prendre le café le matin. J'ai aimé la gentillesse du propriétaire qui m'a proposé de garer ma voiture devant l'hôtel, alors que ma voiture était garée initialement un peu loin de l'hôtel, ce qui me préoccupait un peu.
J'ai moins aimé le lit, je l'ai trouvé rigide. Le matelas n'était pas confortable, j'ai mis bien du temps à m'endormir. Du reste il y avait ces bruits de tuyauterie en continu auquel je me suis habitué. Mais je dois dire que le bruit d'eau qui coule en continu m'a frappé au début. L'eau de la douche etait plus bouillante que chaude, difficile à régler. Du coup j'ai opté pour le froid, ce qui m'a pas déranger. Mais en hiver je ne suis pas sûr que ça ne m'aurait pas déranger...

Bardzo czysty, przestronny apartament. Zostaliśmy przywitani zimną wodą i sokiem ze śliwek :) bardzo miła obsługa. W środku wygląda lepiej niż z zewnątrz. Blisko do centrum.

Friendly Italian speaking owner. Quiet location.FYI there are many buses shown going to Pogradec on gjirafa website but these don't exist. I got a minibus to Perrenjas at 10.20 and changed there to get to Pog. I also saw a minibus leaving for Berat from Elbasan at about 9.40
It is not acceptable to advertise tea/coffee maker or kettle in your room and then not provide it so I have downgraded the review score. Mattresses are too hard. Toilet seat missing.
