Great location

Studio had everything we needed, was spacious with 4 suitcases and 2 backpacks. Was only a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre.

Dissapointing unsecure front door to building and concerns about building conditions

We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation in Fort William. The building appeared unsecured, and the communal stairwell leading up to the apartment was very dark and in a visibly poor state of repair. There were clear signs of previous water damage and repairs, along with small black spots consistent with possible mould, which appeared to have been painted or cleaned over with white paint. Given the condition of the stairwell and our concerns about potential mould spores entering the apartment and posing a health risk, we made the decision not to stay. When we contacted the property manager to explain our concerns, she suggested that we cancel the booking so that she could try to rebook the nights and provide us with a refund. Unfortunately, despite this discussion, no refund was forthcoming, and we were charged the full amount for our stay. We subsequently raised our concerns with Booking.com, but the property owner denied that there was any mould in the corridor, and our complaint was not resolved in our favour.

Nothing fancy .. But bang on the nail

Great location for anyone cycling or walking. Very easy to find simple instructions and information. Hot showers after a very wet , windy day.

Clean and tidy

6 / 10Średni·sie 2026

Ziemlich alle Gegenstände für eine Wohnung vorhanden. Aber nicht mehr so neu.

Dusche war nicht in Ordnung. Entweder kam heiß oder nur kalt. Mischen war nicht möglich. Alter Boiler, der nicht richtig funktionierte. Kommunikation hat nichts gebracht. Nur mit SMS Kommunikation, kein Anruf, kein Ansprechtpartner vorr Ort. Können diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.
