La ubicacion excelente, muy cerca de la Laguna, cerca del centro del pueblo, cercano a muchos restaurantes y locales.
Todo el personal super amable y pendiente de tus necesidades. Desde que llegas te hacen sentir como en tu casa.
Cuenta con cocina y refrigerador por si necesitas guardar algo. Con dispensador de agua, se agradece.
Lockers deberian ser un poco más grandes( si alcanza una carry on) . Importante llevar tu propio candado.

I had an amazing stay at viajeros hostel, the whole staff is amazing but shoutout to Felipe, Carlos, Fatima and Freddy, you guys are great and made me feel like home right after i walked in the door! The hostel is superclean, has a nice pool, does activities and makes it easy to talk to other travellers due to their daily "meet and drink" in the evening, where you get a free drink and talk. I can highly recommend this hostel in Bacalar!!!

Viajero was a very nice place to stay, unfortunately our room was smelly (like not properly cleaned) we had to ask for some additional clean, Viajero answer immediately and they solved it
We were there 2 nights, unfortunately in the afternoon before we left, there was no water in the facilities until next morning (8:00am) but we left by 7:00 am, therefore bathroom and shower wasn´t available for us to clean up before we leave
