The villa was close to everything and had a fabulous kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils and cookware. Great pool and large bedrooms with comfy beds and pillows.

The pool steps were a little slippery and would be better with a handrail to enter the pool. Also the pool steps need to be brushed on a regular basis to clean & prevent slipping.

Johny the host was terrific. Hired a scooter from him. The Villa is modern nice fittings aircon great. Large Television great modern kitchen.

Under Most popular activities it states "Private Beach Area" someone might have to explain that one to me as it is a beach area for everyone. Activities states that the Villa is "Beachfront" well they must have moved the Villa off the beach somehow as it is definitely not beachfront. The Villa is totally enclosed NO water views at all from inside the villa complex. The beach front is some 100 metres walk away maybe slightly less. The beach or any water is not visible from inside the Villa at all. So here I was thinking I had ocean views not to be as it states Beachfront.

Johny was amazing. A superb host and extremely helpful.

There's really nothing around the area! But the villa is amazing.

Well presented Villa. Very clean, tidy and smart. Beds comfortable and pillows amazing. Johny was great to deal with. Huge bathrooms!! A really nice villa to stay in Tianyar.
