It was nice, clean and bright. The location is good and quiet while close to a train station

We liked that the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was good — about 10 minutes from the underground — and the area was quiet, peaceful and had a very typical London feel. There were many shops, restaurants, pubs and a big shopping centre nearby. The communication with the host was very good, and picking up the keys from the lockbox was easy and problem‑free. I recommend this place and would happily come back.
The only problem was that the sofa bed in the living room wasn’t prepared and there was no bedding ready for it. The cleaner also left laundry in the washing machine, so we had to take care of it ourselves, but there was extra bedding in the wardrobe, so it was manageable.

Modern property, location is fairly close to the underground and really close to the bus station. The owner was quick to respond.
Not clean on arrival. We could tell the apartment hadn’t been hoovered, towels were still in the tumble dryer with hairs and stains on; there was a hair stuck on the bathroom door. One of the towels in the bathroom was still wet. Beds were made, but one of the bedrooms’ bedding looked and felt like hadn’t been cleaned, with hairs and a tiny bug on although it was rectified the next day after a complaint.
